Slide Gates

For adjustable material flow from silo, bin, or hopper, Eagle offers a Manual Slide Gate that attaches quickly and easily to any of these flanged vessels. Gate housings  are constructed of mild steel with a durable enamel finish. Slides are zinc plated steel riding on UHMW runners. The drawing at right depicts the 12” opening model, but other sizes are available. Please contact us for details.

For larger storage bins and silos, choose Eagle’s Gear Driven Slide Gate with Hand Wheel, shown at left. Constructed of weather resistant aluminum, this gate bolts easily to standard 16-1/4” square flanged discharges.

Also available from Eagle, the Air Operated Slide Gate is ideal for remote opening and closing of bin or hopper discharges. Features include air cylinder operation, steel construction, and multiple sizes.

Modular Vacuum Takeaway Boxes

To convey material from silo, bin, or hopper, consider Eagle’s line of  Modular Vacuum Takeaway Boxes. Designed to attach to a standard 16-1/4” discharge flange, these boxes feature all aluminum construction for durability and weather resistance. Pictured above is the single probe model; models to accommodate two and four probes are also available. Note that the dual flanged “stackable” design allows the addition of extra boxes to meet future needs. Stainless steel models are also available by special order. Please contact us for details.

Horizontal Air Probes

For adjustable material discharge from vacuum takeaway boxes, Eagle offers a line of Horizontal Air Probes. Features include resilient aluminum construction and an air flow control collar with screened ports to protect against material loss and contamination. Standard sizes range from 1-1/2” to 4”, but others are available by special order.

Vertical Air Probes (Vacuum Wand)

Unload material from drums or boxes easily and quickly with Eagle’s Vertical Air Probes. Shown here is the basic aluminum model with six air register holes and stand off loop. Deluxe models with features such as an adjustable air register ring and attached cam and groove coupling are also offered.

Standard sizes are 1-1/2 to 4”.

Industrial Vibrators

Attached to tilt table, bin, hopper, or silo, these devices can facilitate material flow to discharge outlet or air probe.
