SPIRAL  DOUBLE BOLT CLAMPS Available

Specifically designed for use with corrugated PVC material handling hose.

 

Available in  galvanized and stainless, in sizes 1-1/2” to 10”.

Eagle Components can provide hose to meet virtually any material conveying system requirements. Our two most popular types are described below, but many others are available. · Style A  -  CLEAR PVC MATERIAL HANDLING HOSE   Our most economical PVC material transfer hose. Made of clear, reinforced PVC with a smooth bore. Ideal for conveying pellets, powders, granules, & most food grade materials. Operating temperature range: 10 deg – 150 deg F. Size range: 1-1/2” - 6”.

· Style B  -  CLEAR PVC HOSE WITH GROUND WIRE   Same durable, light weight hose described above, with the addition of an integral copper wire to assure a positive ground where static build-up is a concern. Size range: 1-1/2” - 6”.

· Style H  -  SILICONE HIGH TEMP HOSE   Double-ply, silicone-coated, woven fiberglass reinforced with wound steel wire. Ideal for venting dryers, tanks, or enclosures. Temperature range: -80 deg to 600 deg F.  Size range: 1” - 12”.
