Eagle has developed a new system for bulk storage. Eagle’s Portable Bulk Storage Bins are available in a range of sizes. Capacities from 50,000 pounds up to 60,000 pounds. The design is a space saver, these units are designed to be able to be placed inside your plant, or placed outside in the parking lot or on a pad. Three Hopper Bottoms of 45 degrees, 10 Degree Roof with a 20“ Manway Vent Combination. A ladder installed on the outside makes for easy roof access.
The Eagle Portable Bulk Storage Bin is a heavy duty structural steel unit supported on 4 inch by 4 inch by 3/8 inch steel Frame and Structural Bracing. Discharge of material can be controlled
by a manual or air operated slide gate. Auger, vacuum, or air pressure systems can be used to discharge material.
Sight windows, load cells, or material level controls can be used for inventory purposes.

Standard Features:
· Hopper and body are constructed of Mild Structural Steel.
· 4” x 4” x 3/8” Steel frame and Structural Bracing.
· Three Hopper Bottoms, 45 Degree Slopes
· Roof: 10 Degree Roof, 20“ Manway Vent Combination.
· Discharge: 3 Discharge Points with Standard Industrial Flanges.
· Finish: Eagle White, painted outside only.
Optional Features:
· Outside Ladder.
· Deck Perimeter Guardrail.
· 6” Vent Package.
· Material level indicators and read-out panels and/or view windows or Load cells to provide weigh inventory measurement.
· Discharge: to accommodate various discharge systems.
· Manual slide gate shut-off, rack and pinion or pneumatic slide gates available.
· Vacuum distribution box (aluminum) with adjustable air flow probes available.
· Auger discharge systems with either flexible or solid screw conveyors available.
· Gaylord Filling Stations with Vacuum Loaders.
· Painted inside (special FDA paints available).
· Leg extensions can be added to adjust the discharge height.
